K8Y’s Diamond Athletics and Fitness was divinely created by first seeking the most High God, the creator of us all. Kay’s passion is to serve in every aspect of life. Physical fitness has always been an enjoyable hobby of hers but found herself in a slump for a while not fully maximizing her potential and knowledge. Kay decided to challenge herself in a whole new dynamic. She is fully committed to her God-given purpose with fitness being one of them. She believes in helping shaping lives on every level whether it is physically, mentally and spiritually. Kay believes in helping others to tap into their higher level of consciousness where you can truly hear from God our creator. Her favorite scripture from the good book is Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.
